Hey guys, I'm very close to pulling the trigger on my first Panerai. I'm thinking of the 00388 or 00183 Radiomir Black Seal. Found what I think is a good deal on the 388 auto. I'm new here so don't have a lot of experience with rep watches but I also have an opportunity to purchase a King factory Panerai. I have been searching here and using Google. From what I have found the consensus is VSF makes the very best Panerai. Received my first Panerai today. Sold the Presidential back to the original owners family (which is nice they can keep it in the family. Had it for 4+yrs) and picked up a gorgeous 388.
I recently purchased a 388 replica from a site that is not listed as a TD here, but no issues. Good communication and watch arrived in 3 weeks to USA.
The beating heart inside this timepiece is the newly developed Panerai in-house automatic calibre P.9000 composed of 197 parts, 28 jewels, Glucydur® balance, two barrels and which provides a power reserve of 3 days while beating at a frequency of 28,800 vph.
